Fresh off his historic rise to the top of the darts world, teenage superstar Luke Littler has announced life-changing news away from the oche: he and his long-term partner, Faith Millar, are expecting a baby.
The 19 year-old Premier League champion took to social media early Tuesday morning to share the joyful update, posting a black-and-white photograph of himself and Millar holding a tiny baby scan. The caption read simply: “Mini Littler loading… Coming soon. 💫”
Friends close to the couple say the baby is due in late autumn, with Millar believed to be entering her second trimester.
“Luke is absolutely buzzing – more nervous than he’s ever been before a final, but that’s the good kind of nerves,” a family source told The Darts Insider. “Faith has been his rock since they got together, and now they’re building their own little team.”
The announcement has sent shockwaves through the darts community, where Littler has become a global phenomenon. Just 12 months ago, the then-17-year-old captured the world’s imagination with a fairytale run to the PDC World Championship final at Alexandra Palace. He has since gone on to win multiple major titles, including the Premier League Darts crown in May.
Millar, also 18, has been a constant presence at Littler’s matches, often seen celebrating from the players’ balcony. The couple, who have been together since their school days in Warrington, are said to be “over the moon” about the pregnancy.
“Luke might throw 180s for a living, but Faith is the one who keeps his 100 per cent focus off the board,” the source added. “He’s already practising his nappy-changing technique – says it’s all about the grip and release.”
Fellow darts stars have flooded the comments section with congratulations. Former world champion Michael Smith wrote: “Best 180 you’ll ever hit, pal. Congrats.” While Nathan Aspinall added: “Unreal. Life-changer. So happy for you both.”
Littler’s management team confirmed the news in a brief statement, asking for privacy as the young couple prepare for parenthood.
“The next few months will be an adjustment, but Luke intends to complete his remaining tournament commitments this season. Becoming a father at 18 wasn’t on the original doubles checkout, but as Luke always says – if you can dream it, you can do it.”
Fans have already begun speculating about potential baby names, with “Dartius”, “Treble” and “Alexandra” trending on social media. Littler himself reportedly joked to friends: “If it’s a boy, his middle name’s got to be ‘Double-Top’.”
No official due date has been released, but those close to the couple suggest the baby will arrive just before the start of the 2026 PDC season – giving Littler one more reason to fight for the world title he says will be “for the little one.
