The Boston Celtics are a highly celebrated team and are technically the best in the NBA this season.
Despite that, they still don’t get enough credit for what they can do.
That’s according to LeBron James, who spoke about the Celtics on the latest episode of “Mind the Game” with his co-host JJ Redick.
“I don’t think they get enough credit with how they play with the pass and the body movement that they have,” James said.
James said that their ball-handling is second-to-none and their ability to have multiple players on the perimeter, ready to receive the ball and shoot, is also spectacular.

Many people talk about iso-ball but, according to James, only Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown are technically isolation players.
James said there is much more to the team than just those two.
He mentioned players like Derrick White and Al Horford who are capable of receiving the ball with speed and either penetrating the paint or shooting a three-pointer.
Boston’s three-point shooting has been one of their strongest weapons all season.
When they get hot from beyond the arc, it is nearly impossible to stop them.
With that being said, their reliance on the three-pointer can be a double-edged sword.
There have been nights when a couple of Celtics players haven’t been landing their shots.
When that happens, the Celtics look much more beatable.
The Dallas Mavericks hope that the Celtics don’t heat up from downtown in the days ahead.
If they can limit the ball movement and stop great shots, the Mavericks have a chance of upsetting the Celtics and winning a championship.
